WIIT aims to close the gender gap in IT through multiple efforts: raising awareness about IT careers among girls at school level, supporting IT studies, and offering mentoring, knowledge sharing and support to women working in IT.<\/span><\/p>\n By joining WIIT, you will join a community of dedicated women IT professionals committed to supporting each other throughout their careers.<\/span><\/p>\n You will benefit from our news and communications, free access to IITPSA events, and the option to participate in our mentorship programme as a mentor or mentee.
