The 8th Annual Regenesys Women in Business and Leadership Conference focuses on empowering female leaders to thrive in an AI-driven era. Supported by the IITPSA Women in IT Chapter, the conference brings together top voices across tech, business, and government to share actionable leadership strategies.
AI is already changing the way we work, lead and make decisions. For many of us in the ICT profession, the question is no longer whether AI will affect business, but how we can help shape its use in a way that is responsible, inclusive and meaningful.
This year’s theme is Women in AI & Business: Empowering Change, Innovation and Inclusive Leadership. The event will bring together women leaders, professionals and industry voices for a morning of honest conversations, practical insights and networking.
As an IITPSA member, this is a valuable opportunity to hear different perspectives on AI, leadership and the future of work, while connecting with people who are thinking seriously about where business and technology are heading.
The conference is endorsed by the IITPSA, and the IITPSA Women in IT (WIIT) Chapter will be represented with a dedicated booth where members can connect, network, and engage with fellow IT professionals and industry leaders.
WIIT leadership will play an active role throughout the event, including a keynote address by Denise Mukhozo, WIIT Chapter Chair. WIIT Committee members Connie Simunyu, Thelma Madzikanda, and Kholofelo Halefose will also be on-site and look forward to meeting members, sharing insights, and discussing opportunities to grow and strengthen the Women in IT community.
As an IITPSA CPD-accredited event, your attendance will also contribute towards your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
