Feedback & Continuous Improvement

How We Track Each Cohort

Structured feedback is built into every cohort cycle. All participants, mentors and mentees, receive a feedback form at two defined points in the programme.

Mid-Cohort Check-In

Issued at the midpoint of the cohort. Captures progress against goals, any matching or scheduling challenges, and early indicators of how the programme is working.

Close-of-Cohort Review

Issued at cohort close. Captures outcomes achieved, overall experience quality, and recommendations. Results inform the design of future cohorts.

Confidential by Design

Individual responses are never shared. The committee reviews aggregated results only. Summary findings are used to refine matching and programme structure.
